What is Yuva Nischay?
Yuva Nischay is one of the seven commitments made by the Bihar state government to the people of Bihar. It aims to provide financial aid to students who are unable to pay their fees. The main objective of this program is to make the youth of Bihar self-sufficient.
What is the difference between Yuva Nischay and other similar programs?
This program is different from other similar programs because it provides the students with a credit card to help them pay their fees. Other programs do not provide any kind of credit card, nor do they provide any kind of loan.
Why is this program necessary?
As you may have seen in your school, college, or university, many students are unable to pay their fees. This is not only a problem for the students, but also a problem for the schools, colleges, or universities that have to spend money to get these students out of the institution. In addition, it is also a problem for the government, as it has to pay for the fee of the students who are not paying.
